In accordance with the “Notice of the China Association for Science and Technology (CAST) on Organizing Nominations for Candidates for the 2025 Academicians of the Chinese Academy of Sciences (CAS) and the Chinese Academy of Engineering (CAE)”, the International Society of Mechanical System Dynamics (ISMSD) hereby initiates the nomination process for CAS and CAE Academician candidates. The relevant details are as follows:

I. Nominating Bodies

1.1 Affiliated branches and institutional members of ISMSD may directly recommend Academicians candidates for CAS and CAE to ISMSD. 

1.2 Candidates nominated by Provincial Societies have to be evaluated by relevant Provincial Associations for Science and Technology submitting to ISMSD.

1.3 ISMSD does not accept individual nominations or applications.

II. Nomination Procedure

The ISMSD will strictly follow the relevant regulations and nomination procedures to evaluate candidates before submitting the final recommendations to CAST.

III. Nomination Requirements and Candidate Criteria

For detailed nomination guidelines, candidate qualifications, and application procedures, interested institutions are advised to contact ISMSD directly.
